The many cases that have been going before the courts in multiple Canadian provinces have born fruit. The governments have been forced to declare an end to the State of Emergency, yet the media is not reporting on this and the governments themselves are continuing with their agenda despite the fact that they are now 100% CRIMINAL to do so. Without a State of Emergency, there is no legal basis for mask mandates, lockdowns, or the so-called “vaccine” as it only had emergency use authorization.

What needs to be done is the News in all Canadian formats such as CBC CTV Global and every other paper magazines Radio all be forced to report this story to the whole country as in every Province they are still lying in every news station paper radio and mag,s but this story has yet to be seen in open format as the Gov, Provinces there Ministers of Health and the Board of Medical Practices and administrations of all Hospitals and nursing homes are still denying the simple treatment of the people with Ivermectin or any of the other cheep drugs that work by facts and evidence but these to are never seen in the light of day.

The Federal Acts are different because Canada is ruled by a tyrannical government that has systematically eroded all rights and liberties going back to Trudeau Senior’s massive socialist overhaul of Canada, including stripping away many of the protections in the law and civil rights towards Canadians. Essentially, Pierre set the framework for a Communist Canada, and his son furthered the agenda.
Ontario though brought in a new Act which currently permits restriction of Canadian rights and liberties still.
Also, much of the stuff Rocco deals with is entirely Ontario acts, regulations, laws. Not necessarily applicable throughout all of Canada. Not to fret though, you could always get active in your own province, hire a civil rights lawyer and set a precedent for your province. I wouldn’t bother why the Communist party of Trudeau is still the occupying force of Ottawa. They’ve already proved their willingness to bribe provinces with Canadian’s own taxes (one billion) to each province if they force vaccine mandates.

But at the end of the day, always keep in mind that the State of a nation, province, state, or whatever is to protect itself and it’s citizens. Depending on who is in power, all measures are permitted, nothing is forbidden. Jacobson v. Massachusetts. In the midst of a small-pox outbreak, local authorities could mandate vaccination on penalty of a fine for refusal: “Upon the principle of self-defense, of paramount necessity, a community has the right to protect itself against an epidemic of disease which threatens the safety of its members.”
But that case in the US is involving a reasonable government enforcing measures based on a serious and very evident threat.
Meanwhile, in Germany, it was determined that there was a real and serious issue of huge medical costs and resource demand placed on the state by the infirm and handicapped. Under the law and with approval by the government, they were euthanized for the greater good of the nation and citizens. Likewise, the Communists under Nazi rule were determined to be a disease. As such their children were sterilized in order to prevent the spread of Communist families and their ideals.
The greatest issue at stake is this:
Do you trust your health with those making these decisions?
Is rational debate and discussion permitted, no matter how biased or contrary to the “accepted science”?
Has there been rapid adaptation of new policies and procedures that seem to defy previously accepted policies and procedures?
If any of those questions is NO, then you have every right to find out the truth for yourself and stick to your guns if you’re backed in a corner against your conscious objections be they medical, physical, psychological, moral, etc.
But keep in mind, depending largely on the level of tyranny under which you live, they have every right to force upon you anything up to and including torture and death.

So how it then that my 64 year old husband, after working 40 years at the same place, is being threatened with job loss if he does not take the shot??? Lawyers and human rights experts say there is nothing we can do to defend ourselves.

Look into it. You can do something if your fired. You can’t do anything until they actually commit the act. I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but until they do something it’s just talk. Please see an employment lawyer.

Thanks. He took an early retirement and now is working in a jab-free job 3 minutes from home (instead of 1 hour) and is happy again. We have been in contact with employment/civil rights lawyer but I am hearing through one of the groups that the legal system is “holding the company line” and not allowing any successful lawsuits.
