This is because self-responsible people are difficult to manipulate and control. I am aware that it is close to impossible to remain beyond governmental control, but there are many ways to evade repressions and bureaucratic restraints.
Be aware that your reality is the only one that matters. Fears and concerns (e.g. elevated cortisol levels) make things worse. Conversely, a positive attitude changes your reality.
Self-sufficiency improves your resilience to crises. Grow and conserve your own food. Harvest your own energy and rainwater. Act like a hamster.
In times like these, civil disobedience is perfectly fine. Move in grey areas to protect yourself and your family. There is no perfect system, especially concerning health certificates.
Your data is your property. Act like it’s your greatest good, and avoid running operating systems like Windows. It’s not hard to install Mint/Ubuntu on your computer. They are even more convenient once you get used to them.
Connect with like-minded people. In most countries, more than 30% still reject the vaccines and even more disagree with the inhuman measures.
Take responsibility for your own and your family’s health. Ensure your vitamin D blood serum levels are sufficient (i.e. >50 ng/mL). Avoid sugars and processed food. Instead, embrace fatty fish, vegetables, fermented foodstuff, free-range eggs, and organic meat.
Stop watching MSM and limit your time on toxic social media (except for informative Telegram Channels). It increases your cortisol levels that, in return, make you sick. The governmental bots on social media do not represent reality.
Teach yourself new skills. Learn how to bake sourdough bread, how to roof your house, or how to compost your leftovers. In case of a global crisis, such skills are precious. Nobody will need marketing or business administration kids.
And always remember: when injustice becomes law, resistance becomes an obligation.
