The head of the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) Univ. Prof. Dr. Franz Allerberger made people sit up and take notice in an interview. According to him, the pandemic would not have been noticed if there had been no PCR testing.
Dr. Franz Allerberger is a medical doctor and head of the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES). The German equivalent is the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).
In an approximately 90-minute video interview on the Ovalmedia series “Narrative”, the internationally recognized expert questions many government measures on the corona pandemic. Allerberger’s memorable central statement makes one prick up the ears:
If there had been no PCR tests worldwide, I don’t think anyone would have noticed. “
Simple masks ineffective
The expert is also skeptical about the mandatory mouth and nose protection. According to him, the effect of simple cloth masks and surgical masks outside of homes and hospitals was not medical but political.
This would have “helped” to take pressure out of the public discussion, for example to maintain public transport. In addition, he emphasizes that many measures have mainly had a socio-political impact.
The expert condemns that basic medical care has been cut back and made dependent on PCR tests. He finds it unjustifiable that people in need of care had to get lonely in old people’s homes and die alone.
Even at the beginning of the Corona policy in Austria, the specialist in infectious diseases, contrary to the general narrative of the media and politics, had caught the eye with his different point of view.
For example, he had communicated that the coronavirus was not as contagious as suspected . Later he was very reluctant to make public statements for a long time or was very reluctant , writes “report24” .
The fact that Allerberger is now speaking openly could perhaps have something to do with the fact that he will retire at the end of August. The physician Dr. Bernhard Benka, employee of the coronavirus task force of the Green Minister of Health Mückstein.
